innovation continue the working relationship with Client to provide a better more efficient Customer Service and new office refurbishment project. innovation carried out both the design and project manager roles to deliver the tight time scale project of approximately 15,000 sq.ft. new Customer Service Center and 30,000 sq.ft. new office space. The project was challenging as it involved design of a customer service workshop with technical areas like the machine room inside an A grade commercial building.
